Ankr Development has appointed Chaddad Group and RACE Sarl to work on MONOT 95, a landmark residential tower rising in the heart of Achrafieh, developed by Bejjani Engineering & Contracting (BEC).
Designed by acclaimed architect Charles Hadife, MONOT 95 blends contemporary design with the timeless character of Beirut’s heritage, marking a bold step in redefining urban living. The tower is being developed by BEC in partnership with MONOT 95 SAL.
This project is part of six residential and commercial developments exclusively managed, marketed, and sold by Ankr in Lebanon. It is the company’s first venture of its kind in Achrafieh, underscoring Ankr’s commitment to Beirut’s urban renewal through high-impact, thoughtfully designed spaces.
At the center of MONOT 95 are trusted partners:
Chaddad Group, led by Managing Partner Patrick Chaddad, is the main contractor, building on its portfolio of landmark projects in Lebanon and Egypt.
RACE Sarl, under the leadership of Founder and Managing Director Roy Akl, oversees MEP works, ensuring mechanical and electrical systems meet the highest standards of performance and durability.
“MONOT 95 is more than a building; it’s a symbol of resilience, recovery, and Beirut’s enduring spirit,” says Patrick Chaddad.
“Being entrusted with the MEP works reflects our expertise, commitment, and partnerships. We are proud to support a project that embodies Beirut’s future,” adds Roy Akl.
“MONOT 95 speaks to a new generation. Through design, I want to inspire community and help people see Lebanon as a beautiful place to call home,” shares Charles Hadife.
Founders Kamal Bejjani and Jean Ramia of Ankr Development emphasize the project’s broader impact on job creation, sustainability, and economic momentum in Lebanon’s real estate recovery.
“We see this as a prime location and are eager to collaborate with Charles on this and future projects. We believe in Lebanon’s real estate potential and remain committed to contributing meaningfully to its growth,” said Jean Ramia.
With construction already underway, MONOT 95 stands as a testament to home, heritage, and hope—an invitation to experience Beirut’s future, firmly rooted in its past.
