Work has officially commenced on what will become Iraq’s tallest twin skyscrapers—a landmark 50-story development rising in Baghdad’s Al-Masbah district. Foundation activities, including pile pouring, are currently in progress.
Overlooking the Tigris River and adjacent to Dijlah Village, the project boasts a striking design: two 50-story towers linked by dual sky bridges at the top. The complex will also feature a private corniche along the riverbank.
Planned as a luxury mixed-use destination, the development will offer residential and hotel apartments, riverside restaurants and cafes, a full-service health and sports club with a pool, and ample multi-level parking.
This ambitious venture marks a major milestone in Baghdad’s urban transformation, adding a modern icon to the city’s skyline and expanding high-end living and leisure options.
