Egypt’s population climbed to 108 million on Saturday, August 16, 2025, according to the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS).
CAPMAS noted that the milestone follows an increase from 107 million recorded in November 2024, as shown on its live population clock.
Between November 2, 2024, and August 16, 2025, the country registered 1.482 million live births, CAPMAS reported.
