Representatives of the companies that are taking part under the umbrella of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Erbil International Fair 2013 have stressed the importance of their presence and participation in the show. This year, six companies operating in Ajman are participating in EIF 2013.
The delegation representing Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry to EIF 2013 includes Mohammed Al Janahi, Executive Director of Business and Investment Development at Ajman Chamber, Sheikh Hamad Bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, the Director of Certificates of Origin, Nasser al-Awadi, Deputy Director of Economic Relations and Events, in addition to representatives of the participating companies.
Mohammed Al Janahi, Executive Director of Business and Investment Development at Ajman Chamber, said that such participation enhances the capabilities of investment and the economic growth in the emirate, as well as opens new markets for Ajman's factories and companies under the slogan of "Made in Ajman".
"Through such participation, we seek supporting the industrial sector in the emirate and opening doors of cooperation between businessmen and investors locally and internationally, in addition to showing them the advantages of the national industries in Ajman that adopt the latest technologies in developing and improving production," Al Janahi said.
Tamer Yousef, the marketing director for "Asmak", a leading company in farming fish in the region, stressed the importance of their participation in the EIF2013 under the umbrella of the Ajman Chamber that will strengthen their international competitiveness and open new markets, in addition to creating and holding new partnerships. Yousef hailed the role played by the Chamber to highlight and support the companies, factories and products of the emirate through participation in the international exhibitions and events.
Ahmed Al Kubaisi, the admin manager for Al Rawabi and the Iraqi Abraj Al Yaqoot Co, said that the participating companies in the exhibition will achieve several objectives, specially establishing rapport with overseas companies and holding partnerships and deals with them.
Meanwhile, Suhail Mohammed Bassam, CEO of Al Bassam International Factories, indicated "it is a great addition for the participants to enhance their products and open new partnerships to increase their sales abroad that reach currently 20 per cent of the production".
Also Akshai Kawtheri, Director of Elfit Arabia, pointed out that participation of a number of companies from the emirate in the EIF helps enhancing investment in Ajman thanks to efforts of the Ajman Chamber.
Jawher Rabee Yaqoot, managing director of the young entrepreneurs forum and director general of Lailet Farah Co for Weddings, said that such participation under the umbrella of Ajman Chamber underlines the emirate’s pledge towards creating new opportunities for investment and attracting overseas company to invest in Ajman.
