For the fourth time, Iraqi region of Kurdistan will witness the holding of a specialized healthcare exhibition and conference that will open on Monday 27 May 2013 at Erbil International Fair Ground, Iraq.
Organized by IFP Iraq and IFP Group, Iraq Medicare 2013, the 4th International Healthcare Exhibition & Conference is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health of Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and Ministry of Health of Iraq in Baghdad.
Iraq Medicare 2013 coincides with the immense need of medical and pharmaceutical products and services in Kurdistan and Iraq in general. Billions of USD is allocated to improve Iraq’s health system and institutions.
The exhibition is marked by the attendance of several healthcare administrators in the Iraqi Central Government and neighboring countries. Iraq Medicare is the main destination for a large number of visiting professionals and experts from the public and private sectors, coming to discover the latest products, technologies and medical services in global markets. The presence of decision-makers and authorized representatives will also create an ideal business environment for participating companies to take advantage of the many opportunities available in the vibrant Iraqi healthcare sector.
During Iraq Medicare 2013, scores of companies from Iraq and around the world will showcase their latest healthcare products, equipment and services, and to reach doctors, hospitals, buyers and health sector professionals from the Iraqi Kurdistan Region and the rest of Iraq.
Held concurrent with Iraq Medicare 2013 Exhibition, Iraq Medicare Conference 2013 is designed to provide a forum for the Iraqi healthcare professionals and service providers to catch up with the latest advances in the industry.
The Iraq Healthcare Conference 2013 is expected to be the largest specialized conference of its kind in Iraq, addressing all aspects of the Iraqi healthcare sector, which has an estimated value of $6 billion.
Organized jointly by Sesam and IFP, the Iraq Healthcare Conference 2013 is expected to be the go-to destination event for healthcare specialists by providing them with the opportunity to network with industry professionals, discover new techniques and technologies, and identify the abundant business opportunities in Iraq’s healthcare sector.
The conference will be held over two days during which many internationally-renowned speakers – including professors and experts such as Salman Rawaf, Professor of Public Health at the Imperial College in London – will be discussing the future of the healthcare industry in the region, as well as prospects in medical services, pharmaceuticals, and medical insurance in Iraq, in addition to many other issues.
