The collaboration, which was announced by Sharaka Holdings Chairman Sheikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Thani at a press conference, will bring Marriott International’s global best practice and highest standards of hospitality services to the upscale, fully furnished residences at Doha’s new lifestyle destination, Le Mirage City Walk.
Scheduled to open in 2020, Marriott Executive Apartments Doha, Le Mirage City Walk will be located in Bin Mahmoud in the heart of downtown Doha’s central business district and will feature a premium collection of 400 well-appointed apartments in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom configurations well as 2 and 3-bedroom duplexes, across five buildings.
The apartments have been designed and constructed by Le Mirage Real Estate, the leading real estate development company, for residents seeking a cosmopolitan and aspirational lifestyle.
